You can do some of it yourself.  About half of ePW's author-members list their titles on Amazon and B&N, themselves, then enroll their titles in our Pick-n-Choose program.  Why do they do this?

1. Authors save $125 per title (the cost of a single ISBN).

2. To list a title on Sony, an author must own a corporation, have a ready catalog of about 40 titles and a purchased ISBN for each one.

3. To list on Kobo, an author must purchase an ISBN for each title, have knowledge of FTP and be willing to wait about two to three months for an account.

4. To list on iBooks an author must own a MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard, have a purchased ISBN for each title and be able to create independent ePub-check valid .epub files.

5. To appear on the 50+ around-the-world sites through Ingram, the author must own an active, growing publishing company.

Most authors would rather write and let ePW take care of the details.

Once a quarter for the previous quarter.

No.  Absolutely not.  If your account has earned less than $25, we will roll the amount due into the next quarter. 

ePW cuts checks and statements at end of January, April, July and October for the previous quarter.

Five out of five thieves agree that locked car-doors make their job more difficult.  Now that you know this, will you stop locking your car doors?  Of course not.  That's why ePW offers DRM for all their author-members' titles.  Still on the fence?  Here's an excellent article by Laura Resnick titled DRM=Don't Risk Misappropriation 

You may do so at any time.  If your title has grossed $500 or more in royalties since entering either of ePW's royalty programs, there is no withdraw fee.

No.  ePW only requires NON-exclusive world-wide digital rights in English.  If you wish to POD your title, ebook-it in another language or list the title on a site to which ePW doesn't have access, you certainly may.

It is rare that reverted rights include the original cover.  In all cases, the ISBN remains the property of the publisher.
