1. Be a print-published author
2. Hold digital rights to at least one book 

Special Exceptions

ePW has granted special exceptions to published non-fiction writers submitting a never-before-published fiction manuscript*.

ePW has granted special exceptions to writers who posses a completed manuscript* that is well written and well edited. 

If you meet one or both of these exceptions, contact us.  Include your name, title, genre and any awards the manuscript has received.  There are *NO fees* whatsoever for the evaluation process.

* Manuscript cannot have been previously offered for free anyplace on the internet.
